I don't see the difference. On the "basis" of the 14th amendment, anything can be canceled, this is already a precedent

I can't help that you do not see that cannibalism of children violates the rights of the child and same sex marriage does not violate anyone's rights.
 
That may be correct right now, but the possibility of a legal challenge definitely exists and it might well be decided to be unconstitutional.

Like I said, I'd love to see the libs show themselves to be adults and negotiate on the issue. A little give and take, like we always had in America.
