Have you seen what women look like today? Fat blue hair, crazy, face piercings. Who wants that

I don't have any of that stuff. I don't even have tattoos or pierced ears. May 3, 2019 is the day that I went on the only date that I have ever been on. I was the one who was asked out, and the guy was a gentleman, but he was also a single dad who came from a divorce and so a day or two after our date, I was upfront with him about my feelings and the good thing is that he was respectful of how I felt.

P.S. Why didn't I go further with the guy? I just wasn't interested in him in such a way and also with him being more experienced than me, I didn't want him to get the impression that I was open to doing any pre-marital activity with him because I wasn't. Why haven't I been on any other dates? I know what they can lead to and because of my own family's marital experiences, perhaps remaining a single person is the smarter move to make. There has been more than enough cheating in my family already to where the older that I get, the more that I do not trust anyone.
