I said once the constitution was ratified, that made official state churches unconstitutional. That’s a fact. Some states defied it for a time. That’s how I explain it.

Yes he’s a Supreme Court justice who just about every other justice in U.S. history disagrees with on this issue. He’s an excellent justice, but he’s not right 100% of the time.
