Plus, large population states, as has been discussed elsewhere, get the shaft when it comes to federal funding, and pay more taxes, per capita, than small population states.

Which means that Idaho and North Dakota specifically get special treatment for white people in the form of extra per capita funding. They don't need to ask, they already have it.
