Abortion issue and State results says a lot about the nation's maturity

The left would have us believe the nation enjoys their nest, simply over the issue of abortion. These people are simple-minded, and wrong. They act as though other issues, and candidates are unimportant.

The results are just as the Supreme Court intended. They reversed a ruling that gave a woman the right to abortion, because they had no business making that ruling in the first place. Our Supreme Court isn't in the business of killing the unborn. Among other things, it sends the wrong message. As a matter of fact, the court was wise to consider compassion - The left should count their blessings the court didn't see fit to disallow abortions, because oh-fuck, don't look now, but our founding document clearly reads......

"“We hold these truths to be self-evident; that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

For any assholes who want to suggest that, well gosh, that doesn't apply to the unborn.......Well shit, it doesn't say women or children either. Intent, intent, common sense.

Truth is there are good arguments on both sides of the issue, which is why the Supreme Court backed off like they should have, and let the States decide on the issue.

The court came to their wise decision for so many reasons, and not one was due to creating an environment that would favor conservative politics. Ponder that a moment, while our politicians, especially Democrats, and even their judges and justice departments have been weaponized for politics and power, clearly at the expense of the country.

The document does not say all men are born equal. It says created equal. Humanity applies at the moment of creation.
 
If this becomes a national issue, Reps will lose bigly. Look for the usual suspects to make that happen - Miss Graham, Glith McConnell, etc.

What does that mean?
It's jive by the left. It means that they are going to continue to bullshit their low information constituents to convince them that abortion is a federal issue when it's really a state issue like it should be. This will take the place of the 2020 Russia collusion fantasy for the 2024 election. MAGA
 
What that means is that every time the people are allowed to decide the fate of abortion, it is decided that it should be protected.

And what that says about 'the people' is that human life loses value with each progressive/leftist step we take.

This will be looked back on in hundreds/ thousands of years the same way ancient child sacrifices are looked at today. There is zero difference. A hedonistic society that cannot abide any form of self-control, therefore legitimizes the taking of innocent life in the worship of self.

That doesn't sell well though. In a more refined and civilized population freedom would still be the first default step on how gov't should regulate behavior, but certain standards would be maintained. The criminalization of murder is pretty much universally accepted, except by people who want to murder I suppose. I'm not sure why some people accept the idea of murdering life before it has a chance to even develop, and some of them WANT to do it.

Then again I DON'T WANT sociopaths to have children at all.

Perhaps an abortion should be followed up with sterilization and limited access to other people's children.

Your logic is absent. Dobbs empowers the state electorate to recognize womens' rights to legal regulated abortion recognized and enshrined at the state level. This effectively guts any attempt to codify anti-abortion laws at the federal law.
