10 Commandments Upheld in Texas.

The commies lose another one. America wins.

This might be a good thing. The republican parents of these kids worship pedophiles who violate the 10 commandments constantly. Having them on the wall at school means they'll at least learn they exist, which could lead to them growing up to be better than their parents.

Thous shall not kill? Top republicans all love killing people and vote for it all the time. Thou shall not commit adultery? The most beloved republicans all love adultery. Thou shall not steal? Elected republicans only run in the first place to steal. False witness against neighbor? Go read any Trump tweet. Covet they neighbor's wife? Look up all their adultery. Thou shall not covet they neighbor's goods? They even get mad at seeing poor people drink a coke.

Why would they take it.

The 1st amendment says....CONGRESS shall make no laws.

Now, if the left pushes it....I would be as happy as all get out.

It might be the end of selective incoporation which would be a huge win for federalism.
Why? Really?

The case is almost certainly going to be appealed. This was a very close 9-8 decision, indicating it is not the obvious decision your post seems to imply. It brings up questions of how widely a previous USSC decision should apply.

I’d be pretty surprised if it does not end up before the USSC.

It only ends up there if they take it.

This is a state issue and Clarence Thomas reminded people of that several years ago.

The U.S. Constitution does not tell the states what they can't do in terms of enacting laws.

It restricts the federal congress.

Have you ever been under the care of a psychiatrist?

Shove off.

And it does such a great job.

In K.C.,Mo a lot of teachers just see themselves as the ones there to break up the fights.

ROTFLMAO

That statement alone and the perversion of the concept being discussed is a great example that proves what I am saying. Ask for your education dollars back. You were gyped.
**** off, leftist.

You should actually read your Bible and not just sit it on your book shelf to show people how pious you are.

Jesus was a communist though, the first Christian communites were communes.

You refuse to beleive what Jesus said so you'll now spend hours jumping through hoops to find some way of telling us what the text "really" means!

Like most of you "christians" here you're a fake, a charlatan.
In the decades before the Jewish revolts, the ability of the Jews to buy and sell in the Jewish community hinged on allegiance to the temple cult. When a Jew forsook Moses in favor of Jesus, his property was seized (Heb 10:34). He also forfeited his credit and much of his income. Perhaps such deprivation led to the communal style living among some of these primitive Christians (Acts 4:34-35, 6:1-3).

A beastly persona was emerging among Jews like never before. From Acts until well into the Great Revolt, the ability to buy and sell remained the province and privilege of the rebels who took control of and plundered the city's treasury. The Jews who converted to Christ didn't bear the mark of this beast; they bore the mark of Christ, and Christ was in no way communistic or authoritarian.

The Ten commandments and the Bible sets out good morals. It obviously annoys you. I'm not surprised.
