How do you account for NO DNA on Trayvon's fingers, hands or cuffs? NONE. Pretty damn hard to smash a guy like that without getting blood on you.

That's not what Zimmerman said. If you watch the reenactment video conducted by Zimmerman with the police the next day, Zimmerman placed Martin in front of him.

Good point. Under Florida statute and every other state the Judge is forced to charge the jury they must find Zimmerman NOT GUILTY because of that.

Review the Florida Statutes, that is not automatically the case. **IF** the prosecution makes the case that Zimmerman was the aggressor and the jury buys Zimmerman initiated the hostilities or was in the process of committing a forcible felony (such as assault coupled with unlawful detention) then it becomes much more murky.

He was told to go to an ENT specialist. He didn't. He went against the advice of his doctor.

He had no stitches.

He was cleaned up my the medics in minutes, and refused further treatment.

What eyewitness testimony? What about Trayvon's girlfriend who was on the phone with him?

A girl on a phone is an "eye" witness?

You are beyond biased. That is RANK HEARSAY IN ANY COURT.

People can only tesify in court to what they see? Blind people testify all the time.


There are two components to her testimony, one can be considered hearsay which may or may not be admissible because of Martin cannot confirm the conversation for obvious reasons.

However what would not be hearsay is the girlfriend testifying that (a) yes she was on the phone with Martin at the time, and (b) that she heard another voice in the background and what the content of what that person said. That would be direct testimony to what she heard, not what a third party told her.

There is no proof whatsoever that Zimmerman continued to follow Trayvon after the 911 operator told him that it was not necessary.

Actually there is. Using the audio tape as a time marker you can clearly hear the truck door close, then the dispatcher informs Zimmerman of no need to follow. However the site of the incident is farther away from the truck then time would have allowed if Zimmerman had not continued to proceed away from the truck.

Then of course there is Zimmerman's video reenactment in which is confirms we continued away from the truck after being told not to follow by the dispatcher.

According to the evidence, Zimmerman was returning to his vehicle when confronted.

There is no evidence to support that. There are Zimmerman's statements, but there is no corroborating evidence.

At that point Martin became the aggressor. Once martin was the aggressor zimmerman was within his rights to defend himself.

Since there is no evidence to support Zimmerman attempting to return to the truck, the result of the premise a also unknown.
