Since you were there who threw the first punch?
Facts are Martin attacked Zimmerman physically first.
Look at his face.
I have more hours studying this case and the FILED EVIDENCE with the State than you could ever come close to imagining. I get paid to do historical research for a living. The photo isn't new. It's been part of the evidence for a long time now.
So is the one of Zimmerman, shown a few hours after he KILLED the boy.
As well as lots of other photos of him looking like he just walked out of movie theatre, not like someone who claimed he'd be punched 20 times and had his head bashed in concrete as many times.
How do you account for NO DNA on Trayvon's fingers, hands or cuffs? NONE. Pretty damn hard to smash a guy like that without getting blood on you.
How do you account for not a single defense wound on Zimmerman?
How?
so where did the photo at the beginning of this post come from?
and where did you get the DNA thing? another website?
Look up rules of evidence on wikipedia, it will help you.
I have another suggestion, once zimmerman is aquitted, if you feel as you do still, go lynch him. The media already has.
Don't start lecturing me on shit you seem to know nothing about.
I bet the jury will be full of whites. I say that with certainty right now.
Because, of course, whites are simply unable to understand the requirements of the law when a hispanic stands trial.
That's about as absurd as expecting a jury of all whites in Florida.
Whites are more likely to be in favor of Zimmerman than blacks. Are you really going to deny that blacks wouldn't be biased against Zimmerman?
Bullcrap. Zimmerman was attacked from behind while walking back to his vehicle.
Yeah, the guy was ripped to shreds so bad he refused any hospital care, when asked multiple times.
The next day, his purpose for seeing the doctor was to get a release to go to work/ This in IN THE RECORDS.
THe same records that show he had light superficial wounds.
All this is going to come out in court, and it's not going to look good for the lying, killing, fucker.
No it's not unless you are part of the crowd who thinks that the person who started it and got their ass kicked is the "victim".
Since you were there who threw the first punch?
We already know that Zimmerman was told NOT to follow Trayvon. He ignored that warning. Trayvon had every right to throw the first punch - if he in fact did. He had every right to "stand his ground".
I'm glad Trayvon got a few licks in before Zimmerman murdered him in cold blood.
Good point. Under Florida statute and every other state the Judge is forced to charge the jury they must find Zimmerman NOT GUILTY because of that.
Your law professor taught you well.
If Martin did not steal he would not have been suspended and he would have been in school and this incident may not have happened.
If a frog had wings it may fly.
Zimmerman's account of what happened is backed up by eyewitness testimony and physical evidence.
He was told to go to an ENT specialist. He didn't. He went against the advice of his doctor.

His noise was broken and he did need stitches on his head, so shut the fuck up.

It was his third suspension. I'm guessing the other two weren't for studying too hard.If Martin did not steal he would not have been suspended and he would have been in school and this incident may not have happened.
If a frog had wings it may fly.
Martin was not suspended for stealing as there was never any indication anything was stolen.
Martin was on suspension for having an empty baggie in his backpack that showed trace amounts of marijuana.

What eyewitness testimony? What about Trayvon's girlfriend who was on the phone with him?
A girl on a phone is an "eye" witness?
You are beyond biased. That is RANK HEARSAY IN ANY COURT.
Some people have been following the case pretty closely.Since you were there who threw the first punch?
We already know that Zimmerman was told NOT to follow Trayvon. He ignored that warning. Trayvon had every right to throw the first punch - if he in fact did. He had every right to "stand his ground".
And you know this because?
There is no proof whatsoever that Zimmerman continued to follow Trayvon after the 911 operator told him that it was not necessary.
According to the evidence, Zimmerman was returning to his vehicle when confronted.
At that point Martin became the aggressor. Once martin was the aggressor zimmerman was within his rights to defend himself.
