We need to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. We can make gun shops check to see if someone is a felon before they sell a gun. But nothing stops a legal gun buyer from buying a dozen handguns and then reselling them to criminals

Moron...you already know gun shops already check.....which is why criminals use straw buyers, people who can pass any background check, to buy their guns or they steal them.

It is already against the law to sell guns to criminals.....we can do that right now.

They want the local towns to be able to pass ordinances so that moving around with a gun will be impossible.....going from one town to another will mean knowing all the different laws on where you can and can't carry a gun.....making it less likely gun owners will carry their guns or new people will even consider buying a gun in the first place......
