I was watching Chuck Schumer and he said that when Trump walked out into the Rosegarden Fox News was already set up. So they knew he was going out there to do that. The whole tantrum was preplanned.

So the other thing is that Schumer suggested Trump and his people had no idea how to create an infrastructure plan. And rather than create something that everyone would laugh at like they did with their trade deals, trump had a tantrum instead as a diversion.
