To say he's a "risk" would be quite an understatement.He has no one to blame but himself for not being able to post bond. He's skated on his name and the smoke and mirrors of him being a business tycoon for years...when he was a corrupt fraud. So no one is gonna front him the money because they know he doesn't pay his bills and he isn't a good risk.
He brings this all on himself, and then plays the victim. That's the behavior, over and over.

Donald Trump's lawyers told a New York appellate court Monday that it's impossible for him to post a bond covering the full amount of his $454 million civil fraud judgment while he appeals.
The former president's lawyers wrote in a court filing that 'obtaining an appeal bond in the full amount' of the judgment 'is not possible under the circumstances presented.'
They revealed they had spoken to 30 underwriters to back the bond, which is due next week. Their efforts included 'countless hours of negotiating with one of the biggest insurance companies in the world'.
New York Attorney General Letitia James, a Democrat, has said that she will seek to seize some of Trump's assets if he´s unable to pay the judgment.
The development comes days after Trump was able to post a $91.6 million bond in the E. Jean Carroll defamation following a jury award he is also appealing.

Yes. He will appeal, bond or no bond, and the judgement will not survive the appeal.OK, he can still appeal the amount without putting up all the money is what was said on the news, but Letitia James can begin going after his properties while he is appealing the actual verdict.
If James tries to foreclose on Trump's properties and the disgorgement is struck down by the appeals court, Trump can sue NY for the additional harm to the Trump organization.

The trial court established that the Trump organization committed 7 misdemeanors, the penalties range from $1,000 to $5,000 ea.No one in his industry defrauded the way Trump did. It's the whole reason he was on trial!
