Apparently using 5 paragraphs of a very lengthy article is violating the fair use rules here at U.S. Message board...

So here it is.. No cut and paste... simply the facts in my own words.

Jay Sekulow at the ACLJ , released a time line of the Emails between various IRS Offices in Washington, Ohio, and California.

Feb. 25, 2010 - Senior people at the IRS and their offices in Ohio and California emailed each other about a “potentially politically embarassing [sic] case involving a ‘Tea Party‘ organization" and they wanted information emailed to them because of news worthiness of the case.

March 16-17, 2010 - In the above mentioned set of emails, that were titled "High Profile Case - EO Technical Would Like it" Ms Paz admitted that she had a Tea Party case and told the Ohio office to send some more cases like it to Washington and then just put the rest of the Tea Party cases on hold until they got more instructions.

April 23, 2010 - The "Acting Manager" of EO Technical (Mr. Grodnitzky) , who worked directly for Ms. Paz in D.C. had his people start a "Sensitive Case Report" for Tea Party Cases and told the field offices in California and Ohio to work with his office and have a meeting before doing anything with the rest of the cases . That started a series of emails between the offices in Washington DC, Ohio, and California entitled "Tea Party Cases". They were definitely working together on these, despite later protestations that it was simply "renegade low level workers" in Ohio only.

July 6, 2010 - Ms Paz ordered Mr. Grodnitzky to find out what was going on with the people in the Ohio and California IRS offices and refresh them on the fact that the DC office had been handling the Tea Party Cases in the EO Technical Office. Because they had labled the Tea Party Cases as a "SCR", Rob ( Rob Choi maybe? He was the Director of Rulings and Agreements in D.C.) Ms. Paz later became Deputy to Ms. Lerner in December of 2010.

After that, Most if not all Tea Party cases were put on hold two years in which the DC office set out letters wanting to know how some people prayed, who donated to them, where they went, etc.. Wanting information that had nothing to do with the IRS approving their applications.
