The Democratic party is dead, Liberals are living in denial as well as the media

You misunderstood the comment. It means the Democratic Party has been taken over by the communists. It remains the "Democratic Party" in name only.

Only a fucking idiot thinks the modern day Democratic Party is filled with communists.

Plus, didn't Reagan defeat the Communists back in the 80's?

Stop being stupid.
Only an idiot would believe Obama is anything BUT a communist. Get your head out of your ass.

Wall St would disagree with you, unless you are a commie.

You just, more than likely unknowingly, proved a point of the OP. The commies with the aid of the media are winning the marketing battle. It was the white house that came up with the idea of sequestration not the republicans. They forgot the first rule of dealing with Maobama, if his lips are moving he's more than likely lying his ass off. Prime example, he campaigned on raising 80 billion in revenue, after the election he's now demanding 165 billion, can you say more than double? Before the election he agreed to $2.50 in cuts for every dollar in new revenue, now he wants $4.25 in new revenue for every dollar of cuts, plus he wants another 150 billion in new stimulus. So just continue your march in zombie land listening to your dear leader, with any luck there will be enough pieces to put the country back together when he's done.

How did the White House create sequestration when it was the Republicans who demanded cuts for raising the debt ceiling?

Is that a trick question? Why are you changing the verb in OKTexas' statement? OKTexas said, "It was the white house that came up with the idea of sequestration ...." Are you implying that the White House did not, or are you setting us up for some clever twist with your change of wording?

The idea of massive budget cuts were something to the GOP has been pushing all along, and now you're wanting to blame Obama for you getting your way. Just like the Republicans are now wanting Obama to propose the Medicare cuts they want, so they can get the cuts they want, but bash Obama for proposing them.

JRK,

The stimulus failed since it was mostly paltry tax cuts and income supplements. It didn't properly investment into America.

Valox the stimulus failed because the reason for it was to increase the base-line
"never allow a crises to go to waste"
Obama was responsible for $140 billion in stimulus spending in 2009. Therefore, insinuating that the 2009 deficit was garnered entirely under President Bush’s watch is misleading.
Correcting the media on Obama’s spending record… again « Hot Air
when he got through he added 350 billion in tarp
he added billions under his Omnbus
all in 2009

Valox you have been lied too
these events created for the most part this "cliff"

The govt did not create the wealth bubble of 2008, they could only stop the crash and not fix it
History proved us right who knew the same in 09

TARP was passed before Obama took office.

Go ahead and cite that, bucko. Cite "wall street" stating that obama is not a commie.

The WH introduced it in the negotiations, it was Maobamas idea. Supposedly it would force the congress to act to avoid it, the house addressed the problem and Reid refused. You can sell out all honesty and try to blame the republicans but we know it's BS.

The House didn't address the problem. They passed a fantasy land budget they knew would never pass the Senate. If the filibuster didn't exist, Senate Democrats would have passed their own vision of deficit reduction. I doubt in the highest you'd be saying they address the problem if they wrote one that included raising the top marginal tax rate to 70%.

I would like to see a source for this. Plus, I didn't prove the OP and still hold my ground - Democrats are a center-right party, not liberal.

You do realize that I voted for Gary Johnson, not Obama. Why you keep on insisting that he is my dear leader is bizarre.

Here's a source:What Is 'Sequestration' and Whose Idea Was It?

Quote form Bob Woodward
In his book The Price of Politics, the reporter who gained fame from the Watergate scandal outlined that it was White House Office of Management Director Jack Lew and Legislative Affairs Director Rob Nabors who took the sequestration proposal to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. They also presented it to House Republicans.

If Maobama didn't know what the folks in the west wing are doing it would still be on him for his incompetence. Also if you think the commiecrat leadership is anywhere near the center, much less center right, your delusional.

He asked for a source on your claim about spending cuts.

You're tap dancing. You sounded like you were contesting OKTexas' statement that "It was the white house that came up with the idea of sequestration ...." If you disagreed with OK's statement then say so. If you didn't, then carry on.

The fact that Obama invited Summers and Geithner on board speaks volumes.

Plus, how did Wall St. perform under Obama? They performed better than the economy.

Hey, Obama is a commie, right?

No where in that post claimed that Obama agreed to $2.50 in cuts for every dollar in new revenue, now he wants $4.25 in new revenue for every dollar of cuts.

Perhaps you want to try again?

Just check out the proposal tiny Tim tax cheat Ghitner took to Boehner and do the math. I'm not going to be your research assistant.

Your claim ignores the spending cuts already included in the Budget Control Act.

well if the Democratic party is dead, the Republican party is dead and buried.
The best the republicans could put forward was defeated by "the worst president in history".

Yeah, I hear Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase are really hotbeds of communism.

The White House proposed the sequester. The end.

Your parsing game is giving me a headache. Maybe someone else will play it with you but I'm not interested. :eusa_hand:

The Republicans were the ones pushing for the cuts. Who proposed the mechanism for implementing the cuts doesn't matter one iota. What's giving you a headache is that you can't figure how to spin your way out of that fact.

The only ones who dislike Republican policies more than Democrats are Republicans.

Of course. Kinda like how they always want Medicare cuts, but spent the whole campaign bashing Obama for... Medicare cuts.

And so are many Democrats.
Including Obama.

And yet they keep electing the ones promoting those policies.
