In order to protest the seizure according to the bullshit laws on the book one must put up an amount of money I think based on the amount seized and then rather then innocent till proven guilty the person must prove they are not in the drug business.
As for the trace amount of drugs on the money, I believe someone announced a couple years ago that just about all the money in the US has trace amounts of drugs on them.
This Judge will probably be fired for interrupting the flow of legally stolen money to the cops. Ohh ya did I mention, if they seize the money and get to keep it, the cops that seized it get it for their budget.
