With a cap on SALT (state and local taxes) the bill actually increases taxes for millions in the middle class.

My understanding is the SALT deductions will now cap at $10,000. It's not middle class people who will pay more, it's wealthier people, which is exactly what Democrats have been clamoring for since the day I was born. Funny how they sing a different tune when they aren't the ones to propose it and their own wealthy constituents are being affected.

You forgot...in lower to middle class school districts where taxpayers don't earn that much. The teachers up here in my rural school district expect to be paid what teachers in California's richest districts make.
