No criminal charges against Biden

he may have forgotten about the documents

BS, if I was putting my vintage Corvette in the garage and all that crap was in the way I'd be moving it.

Hey, maybe he was using them like some folks do a tennis ball.....Hit the boxes of classified documents he stole and he knew to stop.

Nobody is buying what the DOJ is selling but the brain dead.
Compromising US foreign policy crime is as pointless as blowing smoke up a dead dog's ass my friend.

Go oil you AR. There's always been only one way to water the tree of liberty.

The people who will forget this will forget to vote... today Biden's DOJ handed Trump a victory in November...
Bullshit this is not a major issue and will fade out of memory quickly. No one who was going to vote for Biden will switch their vote to Trump over this. Those who support Trump would still support him no matter the outcome of this case

How many subpoena's did Biden ignore? How many documents did he hide once he discovered the documents had been discovered?
Great headlines:

Special Counsel Seeks No Criminal Charges in Biden’s Classified Records Case

The inquiry found that the president had willfully retained material after finishing his term as vice president and had shared sensitive information with a ghostwriter.

"Hur's report explicitly compares Biden's response to the federal investigation with former president Trump's. Where Biden sat for an interview and was cooperative with investigators, "Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite," Hur Wrote, "According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice."

In early January 2023, CBS News reported that classified documents had been found at Mr. Biden's private office. The White House later disclosed that more documents with classification markings had been found by his lawyers in the garage and an adjacent room of his Wilmington home in mid-December 2022. The special counsel's report confirms that FBI agents recovered materials from these locations."

Hur outlines material distinctions between former President Trump and Mr. Biden in their handling of sensitive documents. In Mr. Biden's case, the special counsel found there wasn't evidence that he had personally moved the documents. He cooperated with the investigation, and he may have forgotten about the documents.

Trump, however, given multiple chances to return documents taken from the White House after his presidency, he "allegedly did the opposite" of what Mr. Biden did, According to the indictment against the former president, Hur notes, Trump "not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice."
So you're saying Trump did what Hillary did?

Translation: it’s not a crime when a democrat does it

Criminal charges against Trump but none for Biden. Biden's DOJ comes to the rescue.

They just handed Trump the white house. The American people are sick of this obvious abuse of power and the two tier system of justice.

He is too old and senile to be prosecuted?????
BS...the people will not stand for this two tiered system of justice...
Yup. They had doctor’s reports that Biden had cognitive limitations, and that he struggled to read his own notes, remember people, and keep track of arguments.

Now that it’s out in the open, as if honest people didn’t see it earlier, that’s the end of Biden. How can the Dems run someone who can’t even read his own notes? Who can’t be prosecuted because he is a senile old man?!

“Diminished faculties” ! *Joeys own DOJ had to admit he’s too old and dementia riddled to answer questions concerning the classified documents.
War in Ukraine. War in the Middle East. Possible war on the brink in Asia and the Commander In Chief suffers from “Diminished faculties “.

Whose minds do you think this changed? Folks voting Trump will stick with him those voting Biden will stick with him. Independents have more to worry about like the economy, wars, illegal immigration, etc this is really low down on the priority list

Mark my word.... Biden will step aside and pull out of the race in two weeks...
(1) Even CNN newsreaders read aloud the words of the report that said that President Biden's memory is really bad.

(2) He really should not be occupying the Oval Office.

(3) Maybe some adults in the Democratic Party are truly patriotic and will decide that for his welfare and especially the welfare of this nation, President Biden should retire with honors after attending the Inauguration of his successor.

(4) The Democrats can surely find someone who can attract enough women and progressives and members of the party's "core constituency" to win in November.

We all wish President Biden the very best.
