The stuttering fuck was a senator in the 70', 80's and 90's. Much of the classifed material strewn behind the Corvette had dates from that time period.

By statute, a senator is not permitted to possess classified material outside of a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility).

No it’s not, it isn’t even a major issue. Heck it’s not even surprising to anyone.
Come next week it will be forgotten about by most Americans. It was decided Biden would face no repercussions from this IMO even before the announcement documents were found. If there was any real danger of facing punishment those documents would have been returned silently and the public would have never heard about it.
