No criminal charges against Biden

LOL

Now even Mike Pence is laughing at you.

When Pence was cleared for no wrong doing, Trump said something like, "Pence did something wrong" by not standing with him over the Big Lie.

Poor Trump. What a loser.

Mark my word.... Biden will step aside and pull out of the race in two weeks...
I’ll take that bet. IMO Biden will be in the game right up until the convention then for health or family reasons he will step aside allowing the delegates to vote on the person the party wants on the ticket. Democrats can’t risk the public not voting the way they want.

This is not about Biden, it's about America's foreign policy of fomenting a proxy war in the Ukraine, against Russia. That will be protected at all costs.

And it should form the meat of Tucker's interview with Putin.

IF it doesn't then Tucker will have sold out to boosting his ratings instead of blowing the cover.

I can comfortably predict that is what will happen.

Or at the very least the media will counterspin it that way.

The DOJ is making sense. Biden isn't competent to stand trial. He's carrying on discussions regularly with those who have died a long time ago.

Wouldn't be able to assist in his own defense.

The same reason why Superfly Jimmy Snuka never had to face trial for killing his old lady back in the day. By the time he was pinched, his mind had left him.

he may have forgotten about the documents

BS, if I was putting my vintage Corvette in the garage and all that crap was in the way I'd be moving it.

Hey, maybe he was using them like some folks do a tennis ball.....Hit the boxes of classified documents he stole and he knew to stop.

Nobody is buying what the DOJ is selling but the brain dead.

"Hur's report explicitly compares Biden's response to the federal investigation with former president Trump's. Where Biden sat for an interview and was cooperative with investigators, "Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite," Hur Wrote, "According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice."

In early January 2023, CBS News reported that classified documents had been found at Mr. Biden's private office. The White House later disclosed that more documents with classification markings had been found by his lawyers in the garage and an adjacent room of his Wilmington home in mid-December 2022. The special counsel's report confirms that FBI agents recovered materials from these locations."

All from your link.

Hur outlines material distinctions between former President Trump and Mr. Biden in their handling of sensitive documents. In Mr. Biden's case, the special counsel found there wasn't evidence that he had personally moved the documents. He cooperated with the investigation, and he may have forgotten about the documents.

Trump, however, given multiple chances to return documents taken from the White House after his presidency, he "allegedly did the opposite" of what Mr. Biden did, According to the indictment against the former president, Hur notes, Trump "not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice."

LOL

Biden wasn't the former President and thus was not covered by the PRA.

Plus, Biden had records from when he was a Senator to which he had no right (stolen from a SCIF), no chain of custody, some stored in an unsecure garage, some sent various places by normal courier services, some stored in DC's Chinatown.

But sure, he sat for an interview (if only we can see a video of that!). Duh!

Biden can send a thank you card to Merrick Garland.

Wrong.

Biden, Pence, and Hillary were just members of congress, without any security clearance at all, and are not supposed to see classified documents, much less actually have copies.

In contrast, not only was Trump immune to all classified doc laws as president, but he legally can give permanent copies to whomever he wants, when president. Including himself.
It is impossible for an ex-president to be in violation of any classified doc, executive orders.

The only "obstruction of justice" was the FBI illegally removing them from Mar-a-Lago and looking at them.
The FBI does not have the clearance Trump does.

How many subpoena's did Biden ignore? How many documents did he hide once he discovered the documents had been discovered?

calling bs

No it’s not, it isn’t even a major issue. Heck it’s not even surprising to anyone.
Come next week it will be forgotten about by most Americans. It was decided Biden would face no repercussions from this IMO even before the announcement documents were found. If there was any real danger of facing punishment those documents would have been returned silently and the public would have never heard about it.
The people who will forget this will forget to vote... today Biden's DOJ handed Trump a victory in November...
