They didn’t say you couldn’t write his name in on the ballot. They just said they didn’t want it on the ballot unless he released his tax returns. Why is that a problem? Are Republicans afraid he has something that could be exposed? Don’t Republicans want to ensure that Trump isn’t a criminal? It's a thin distinction that will not pass constitutional muster. It's an additional requirement above and beyond what is Constitutionally mandated.
