Oregon's housing shortage is by government design. Look up their urban growth boundaries which limit new housing and their sky high taxes that funnel money to the public employee unions who kick back money to Dem candidates. Did you know the largest employer in Oregon is state and local government, there you go.

Look up the sweet deals the Oregon teachers unions have extorted from residents. Did you know that the teachers unions get to play the stock market with their 100% taxpayer funded retirement fund, and if they lose money in the stock market or fail to make less than a 8% profit the taxpayers have to make up the difference.
