This case has nothing to do with Trump in Colorado. In this case, the DNC missed the deadline to get their candidate on the ballot. Simple incompetence. In Trump's case, it was a fascist judge trying to stop people from being able to vote for the candidate of their choice.

there are going to be enough questions about the legitimacy of this election. this is an easy one to avoid, or allow to fester.

It is their responsibility to schedule their convention, if they schedule it after the deadlines to get on ballots, they simply shouldn't be allowed on the ballots.
