Yes, because opposing the macabre practices of drugging and butchering mental patients unnecessarily is "ignorance, hate and bigotry". Pretty broad definition of those three words, don'tcha think?

We stopped doing lobotomies in the 1960s because alas it was uncovered that butchering a patient's body is not an ethical practice to heal their minds..

Well I guess we'll have to re-evaluate that purpose. A doctor doesn't hack up a person's vital organs and amputate them so that it's easier for a dude to waltz into the ladies showers at the pool. The rubber-stamp form in the OP says it all "push this patient through!" "Make it happen!". And that is the opposite of good medicine.
