If two gay men are allowed to marry, why not two straight women?

What business is it of yours why someone gets married?

Marriage is elevated in our legal codes for public policy reasons. And undermining stated public policy is a big deal.

Should it be illegal?

Well, such an arrangement would certainly be grounds for anullment- as the marriage was entered into for essentially non-marital purposes. I wouldn't criminalize such actions, no.

Would you force an annulment? What do you consider "marital purposes"?
