People really do like to be scared. The Global Warming fanatics are alarmists who understand this. You mean Earth's Climate actually changes?? Gee who knew? Global warming or not, I'm starting to get pissed off that it doesn't seem to be working here in MD.

It makes me want to just go outside and burn some coal or something in my backyard to try to get the temperature back to 70 degrees and melt all the f-ing snow.

If we're going to have all the panic behind global warming I'd like to have a few of the freaking perks... like the actual warming.

Proof positive, an ice age is coming quickly.

You know I actually heard that the other day on the radio. Some of the coldest temperatures in recent history have been recorded all the way accross the northern hemisphere this year.

I mean this cold snap isn't just going on in the Americas, Britain is buried under snow, cold temps are killing people in India and China.

People are starting to say this is going to be the beginning of a mini-ice age of maybe 30-40 years, a sort of cooling stage.

Makes alot of sense that the world would go into a natural cycle like cooling and heating, cooling and heating.

Which is why I don't buy into the catastrophic global warming theories. The Earth knows how to keep "us" in check pretty well. It's been doing it for a pretty damn long time. If we ever overstep our boundries the Earth will put us right back in our place.

I mean the world successfully cycles just about everything else. It would make sense for temperature and weather patterns to do the same. If this is the case though, I'm moving to Florida, or maybe South Carolina, or Georgia. Or maybe just Brazil.

I can't take this 2 feet a week of snow thing for very much longer.
