Much less regulations for operations in China. Steel is cheaper in China because of American steel tariffs.
It' s more cost effective to manufacture heavy equipment in China than to transport to China.
The American market for earthmoving equipment is flaccid.
It's nice to see that Indiana will be the beneficiary of this interstate move.
