He probably has a point. We are in uncharted territory as far as the job market goes right now, we don't have enough warm bodies to fill all the jobs that are out there. They've been predicting a "recession" every month since January 2021 and it still hasn't happened. Every month, they post job gains despite a shrinking labor pool.

The CEO's would LOVE a recession, of course. That means they can force people working from home back into the office and start paying them less.... but they can't change the laws of math.

They keep raising interest rates and are actively lowering the value of the dollar by cranking out more dollars.
