The Europeans have little choice, they were relying on us to do the heavy lifting, as they always do. They are little more than an albatross around our neck. They will throw Zelensky under the bus, there is no popular support to put troops on the ground in any of those countries.

Ukraine is not gonna get back 2014 borders. Everybody knew that, even the Biden administration if a peace deal was struck. I gave the Ukrainian people great kudos even the US leaders, and the Biden administration didn’t figure they would last more than a week when the invasion started. They stepped up fought as hard as they could until people like us started giving them assistance. Reality is they’re at a standstill at best, Russia probably still has the upper hand and will continue to grind this and will likely for years if not another decade plus if it’s not somehow stopped. If a peace is reached, I agree that this is on Europe to be main support for the Ukraine going forward.I am tired of my tax dollars and American soldiers supplementing their militaries and incomes.

Not wasting our money there is a good deal. The situation on the ground really doesn't give us any leverage. The Russians have been advancing steadily for months.

Democrats are spreading lies. I watched this AM where the EU stated it is a process and they are included. Zelensky is included. Zelensky does not have to work against his own country. Trump knows if he helps Putin, America will hate his guts.
