Russia exports their oil. That is what funds their government. I saw a video where Ukraine blew up one of their oil export terminals in Novorossiysk and hit several of their naval ships. That limits their ability only through the Black Sea.

I'm talking about use of pipelines, which I believe is mostly for gas, and that is only to Eastern and Western Europe.

Incorrect. Russia also has oil pipelines to Europe.
