I’ve been liquidating SFR’s and multi family properties in beaner infested areas such as the Inland Empire for years...not necessarily out of fear of depreciation but simply because I don’t like dealing with lowlifes who can’t speak English. There’s nothing more frustrating than when a grown ass man has to put his seven year old daughter on the phone to talk business for him.
I’m not overly concerned about values, I’ll hold most of the properties I own including my primary residence and my place in Temecula. I’ll always have business to do here, I just won’t be involved in the day to day operations.
