Bragg has still not specified the underlying crime that resurrected dead misdemeanors.

Nope what is the specific crime
County can't charge for federal crimes.
The FEC didn't go after trump.
So once again what is the specific crime that made a misdemeanor into a felony?
They don’t have to charge the object crime. They don’t even have to prove it happened beyond a reasonable doubt.

All they have to prove is that Trump intended to commit another crime.

Sorry this is too complicated for you to understand.

Either that or they are pretending to be stupid.

Hard to tell sometimes.
It’s not entirely their fault. Their media keeps them ignorant.

Of course there is no real excuse to avoid all the better and more informative media out there, but they’re really too afraid to do so.

Who is the they? The trey do not have jurisdiction to charge federal crimes. The they can't make a misdemeanor into a felony without a secondary underlying crime.

The prosecution, obviously.

All they have to do is prove that Trump intended to prove another crime.

Dumbass you are the one that suggested it was one of the possible charges against trump
I didn’t say it was of the “charges” against Trump. It was one of the potential object crimes necessary to satisfy the actual charged crime, falsification of business records.
