Utility regulators in North Dakota are afraid of Washington as Democrats push for a "Cap and Tax (Trade)" Energy Bill. To combat the lie that is 'global warming', carbon dioxide emissions from businesses will be heavily taxed.

Kevin Cramer, North Dakota's Public Service Commissioner says that this new tax will drive the cost of everything much, much higher. He states that with the plan the Democrats want to push thru, utility bills in North Dakota will rise between 40 and 100 percent.

Now that's all very true...

But what ya have to understand is that AGW is about GLOBAL POWER... not warming.

The simple fact is that like the previous world wide farce imparted on the planet be 'the Progressives' which was "Eugenics" it was all about cutting away the concept of INDIVIDUAL HUMAN RIGHTS"...

And that is what these idiots, on this board and all of the leftist disinformation websites familair to us all are all about.

Progressives, Liberals, Centrists, Moderates, Socialists, Communists and Democrats... all believe to one extent or another that the US Constitution was fine for a small 18th century agrarian culture... but that it's long since outlived its usefulness as a rule book for a modern culture.

For starters... it's based upon religious principle... which stems from the US Declaration of Independence, the original, founding US Document and cornerstone of the US Charter...

Leftism is secular; which is a word which once simply referred to a goverment not based upon religious TENET... but religious PRINCIPLE... meaning the governance is not founded in or operating upon the TENETS or RULES of a given religion.

Like the word 'liberal' such has been bastardized to reflect that which it's etymology has NO CONNECTION WITH... resulting in the modern interpretation of Secularism to represents Atheism... Godlessness...

Thus the US Constitution must be 're-made'... to reflect the modern liberal secularism...

And of course... part and parcel of that reasoning is that THERE ARE NO UNALIENABLE, INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS... thus the unalienable responsibilities which are inherent in those rights are alienable... they can be rationalized to be set aside, given to another... and that other is the Government. Sadly, where the reponsibility goes... SO GO THE RIGHTS; thus the intrinsic failure; expressed as the "UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES" of policy which results from Leftism of every stripe.

Now from where I sit, this places these human beings at a DIRECT, CLEAR AND PRESENT THREAT TO MY UNALIENABLE, INDIVIDUAL HUMAN RIGHTS...

Which, is the basis for my position that this will not end well...

What we have here, is a US President, who is unapologetically stripping the culture of the protections of our unalienable individual rights... which are fundamental elements of contract law... which he has devastated in NUMEROUS instances...

And Cap and Trade is an extension of that... You must pay the government for ANY activity in which you participate that induces Carbon dioxide... it is the most LUDICROUS, ABSURDITY one could IMAGINE and IF someone had written a Book or a Screenplay to reflect such, only 50 years ago, when actual Science was still being taught in school... such would have been considered a FARCE; such a book or movie would have been seen as a comedy... of the tragic variety... As people back then, actually understood that EVERY MAMMAL ON EARTH, INCLUDING YOU AND I... ARE INDUCERS OF CARBON DIOXIDE by our very design and would have fully understood the critical nature of this gas... And any tax based which was passed upon such a notion as that being advanced today, would have been readily understood as being some form of cultural psychosis...

Anthropologic Global Warming is an absolute farce... and the only people who take it seriously are fools... Period.

Clearly we have to be good stewards of the environment. That is our responsibility and yes we should each strive to do the best we can. However, this extremism like most extremism is destructive in nature and profitable for some.
