REITS are rallying, lately. At least mine are. HPT up about $5 per share in the past month. SNH up. Ventas up. NLY slightly up.

no overlap on our holdings but then my criteria are beta<1 and yield > 10% with a strong preference for monthly dividends. NLY might make my cut but HRZN and SUN look better.
