1. Split the prison system into a correctional/rehabilitative system modeled on Sweden's for petty offenders, mandatory rehab for drug users, and a system of long term imprisonment inspired by Russia's Black Dolphin for violent offenders and enemies of the state.
2. Replace lethal law enforcement ordinance with LRAD sound cannons and drones for spraying teargas.
3. Universally abolish capital punishment. Place any state caught illegally executing people under total federal control.
4. Institute a national ID system and require proof of citizenship for all official actions, from voting to enrolling for welfare.
5. Legalize and regulate prostitution.
6. Extend domestic surveillance to root out degenerates such as feticide providers/activists, pedophiles, and terrorists.
7. Institute a total ban on feticide and circumcision. Strip providers of their medical license, imprison unlicensed providers, sterilize both parents of all babies murdered by feticide, and remove all children under 16 from pro-feticide homes.
8. Strip all official support and funding from any individual or organization that supports feticide, circumcision, political or religious extremism, or crime such as terrorism and illegal immigration.
9. Institute a comprehensive national healthcare system.
10. Annex Mexico, create a department specifically to see to their uplifting as a civilized people, and bring the full weight of the law enforcement and intelligence community down on the cartels.
11. Protect all forms of marriage between consenting humans, including gay and poly families.
12. Partially restore independence and autonomy to the conquered native tribes.
13. Completely overhaul the foster and adoption system to better screen prospective parents and ensure the safety and well being of the child.
14. Mandate a two year minimum for national service, whether that be the military or just public works.

Before you think about modeling the greatest Country in the world on (expensive) Swedish experiments in prison and rehabilitation consider that the U.S. supports more illegal aliens than the entire population of all the Scandinavian countries combined.

Correctional facilities were originally supposed to be about correcting salvageable individuals and reintroducing them into society as healthy, productive members. What they've become is a lucrative form of holding pen for everyone from petty shoplifters to serial killers.

Perhaps it has escaped your attention, but every single country that has adopted collectivist philosophy has failed to achieve the supposed goal of "equality" unless the bar is set at equal poverty.

Most collectivist governments have been ruled by criminally insane sociopaths who murdered tens of millions of people on suspicion of dissent or merely to thin out excess population.

There are only a few counties left that have yet to reform from collectivism and allow free markets to manifest themselves. These counties remain Orwellian hell holes people risk their lives to escape from.

The only one I can think of that fits this criteria is the DPRK, which would still be crazy as hell regardless of their official philosophy.

Most of the former USSR, the PRC, and to an extent the DPRK have long abandoned collectivist principles for the free market. This isn't new information.
