There essentially are no business taxes at all, since businesses get to write off everything, and are only taxed on pure profit. And businesses normally do not have any profit. If there is extra money coming in, they label it as dividends to the stockholders or capital improvements, both of which are tax free.

He put it into SDI in order to bankrupt the USSR.

FWIW, National(Federal) Debt goes from @$1.014 trillion to @$3.54 trillion. An @ 2.5 trillion increase, but not a 7trillion. Note also that includes two years of Bush on top of Reagan.
