Wisconsin SC rules cops no longer need warrant to enter home and seize evidence

"This was challenged by three other Justices, who argued that “by the time officers entered the locked room, some 20 minutes or more after they had been in the house, there was little reason to suspect someone else was in the bedroom, but plenty of reason to suspect it might house marijuana.”

That does indeed pose a problem. Had they kicked it open right away, that would be different.

Hopefully it won't get to the SC untill there is 9.

What a bunch of crap, What's up with Wisconcin ?

What 4th Amendment? That thing has been so shredded by judges in the name of the War on Drugs and the War on Terror that it no longer exists.

Now you see why you never invite a cop into your home or you car, you talk outside and always lock the door behind you.
Never talk to the police, especially without an attorney. It can only hurt you, it will never help you, that's not their job.
