Dude, there was no sale. U.S. personnel came into possession of uranium that was believed to have been stolen from the Russians. Even Zero Hedge, which you cited doesn't call the exchange a sale. Worse, you've managed to conflate the transfer of that sample of HEU with the sale of Uranium One, which is a company, which nine department/agency heads approved. (Even with its controlling interest in Uranium One, the Russian owners of it cannot export uranium from the U.S.)

I don't know how you got to call the transfer of a sample of seized HEU a sale, but based upon the information you've made available in your OP, you fabricated that detail straight out of thin air.
