He lied to congress and he sent FBI agents to interview members of the new administration failing to tell them they were being investigated. They claimed it was a briefing....but it turned out they were trying to establish predicates for criminal indictments.

They replayed the video of the Comey testimony, and questioning in Congress... which was convoluted and not direct, as well as Comey's answer was wishy washy too.

If it goes to trial, it would be hard and very unlikely, to get a conviction....based on the evidence I've seen presented of the Congressional hearing they said he lied in.

But I will say, they could have other evidence that is unknown that I suppose could support their case....I just wouldn't know about it!
