People aren't considered equal or unequal on the basis of physical strength or having a phallus. People are considered equal in their human potential and under the law. And it's entirely arguable that mental traits such as rational and emotional intelligence are superior than physical ones to begin with.

Black people tend to be physically stronger than white people, and have larger phalluses, but you're not arguing that black people are superior to white people, are you?

Wrong. Gender is established at the moment of fertilization when the sperm's X or Y chromosome combines with the egg's X chromosome. This means that the biological sex of the embryo is determined right at conception.
