RFKjr needs to focus, at some point, on steroids. A high school male wants big muscles, for sports, to attract women, to be big and tough etc. It is too tempting for someone that age to get suckered into going on steroids without understanding the consequences.

American male kids have lower testosterone now than in the past.

Why?

"Low testosterone (hypogonadism) in men is generally caused by aging, obesity, chronic illness, or underlying medical conditions like pituitary dysfunction or testicular damage. Natural, gradual decline begins after age 30, but rapid reduction is usually linked to severe lifestyle factors (poor sleep, stress) or medical issues like infections or chemotherapy"

THE DOCTOR doesn't fully agree here. When a man takes steroids, his DNA responds. His male children will have their DNA "programmed" to expect to take steroids during life, and hence the DNA programs the body not to produce as much testosterone. THAT's the cause of American males having less testosterone.

Steroids are addictive, cause premature aging, anger and mental problems etc. For women, testosterone causes sexual transing, the woman essentially becomes her biological male twin. In the mid 1990s, I encountered one of the original female bodybuilders at a gym in San Diego. She was really beautiful a decade earlier. As much as she tried to hide it, it was there. She was shaving. Her face had grown in the jaw area. Her face was that of her ficticious male bio twin. She was a man. She sounded like Stallone. SAD...

RFKjr, please look into this issue, it is extremely important that young people GET THE FACTS on STEROIDS before bowing to the pressure of the football coach etc. to take them.

Schwarzenegger being the most famous example. Steroids always go for the heart.

Steroids appear to "accelerate aging."

That for the bodybuilder to do heavy bench press two days in a row, the steroids allow him to do that by accelerating his ability to heal, hence "speeding up his life."

I remember in 2002, Bonds' team doctor getting all indignant at steroid accusations. "He just works harder than everybody else". And I remember saying at the time "Yeah, he can work hard because he's on roids"

In what way is Arnold a “famous example”?

He’s 78 years old.

Are you honestly saying he looks “bad” for a man of that age? He’s almost the exact same age as president Trump.

Can you honestly say he looks worse, older or in worse health than Trump? Be honest….

Steroid use causes premature death only when taken in extreme doses such as by bodybuilders like Rich Piana. He was probably taking 1-2 or even 3 grams of test a week for years.

I promise there are more guys out there taking “roids” than you know. It doesn’t prematurely age you. It doesn’t make your sons be born with low testosterone. It has negative side effects, of course. But a grown man can weight the risk/benefit himself.

Drinking, smoking and eating fast food all have much worse effects on your health and body than moderate steroid use, but those all remain legal….

So I looked at the article you linked there

Where in it does it say that the lower T-levels today have anything to do with steroid use among fathers?

You’re just pulling random shit out of your ass with zero real life experience, aren’t you?

Roids are horrible. A great way to check out in your 40s or 50s of a heart attack.

Arnold and Stallone are still going strong at almost 80. And I’m willing to bet they’ve taken substantially more roids then your average guy who takes them

Most guys who do them do cycles with time on/time off. With proper post-cycle therapy and their health monitored by their PCP.

It’s less risky than being a heavy smoker or heavy drinker.

You’re all talking about things you don’t understand

I've been in the lifting game since I was a teenager. I played college football and was around intelligent strength coaches and strong players. There's not much about training you're going to tell me. I trained for strength and explosiveness. I saw bodybuilding as a vain waste of time and powerlifting as unsafe in the long run. Even then I wanted nothing to do with steroids. Guys who tell themselves they're safe by cycling are kidding themselves. Like with smoking or drinking, the effects of steroids can be reduced if you've been clean for a long time, but it's not guaranteed. Arnold no doubt stopped using 45 years ago after he retired.

I was watching a vid of Dave Draisin who was about 72 at the time. He was saying "we all need help of some kind". His "help" was hormone replacement therapy. He died of cancer four years later. All the artificial crap is bad for you. Why can't guys just eat clean and not mess with hormones? When you're 70, your muscles won't be full like they are at 30 no matter what you do. You won't have wide shoulders and you won't have big thighs. You can go heavy and you still won't get much stronger or bigger. You just eat enough protein, good carbs, good fat, lift, walk, and sleep enough keep the body fat down to 12% so you can see abs, and do the best you can with what you've got. Your objective is to be better than 99% of other 70 year olds. That's a noble enough goal.

So he died at 76 of cancer and you’re attributing that to starting to take testosterone replacement at 72? Nobody lives forever and honestly dying at 76 isn’t exactly dying young

It was Ric Drasin and he died of kidney disease. He was on dialysis. Usually that reflects long-term abuse of some kind. 76 is pretty young.

But of course there are legions of roid users who died in their 40s. Pro-bodybuilding should absolutely ban them. Rich Piana was an ass because he gave a horrible example to so many young guys.

To answer your questions -

In the news and a celeb.

Yes, he's 78.

Same.

Its why he had to have heart surgery, did you not know?

Very good, but unhealthy.

Opinion, no link. Moderate use of something bad such as steroids?? How about moderate use of drinking, smoking, and fast food?

Arnold had heart surgery because he
had a congenital heart defect.

Steroids should be used under doctor's instructions over a controlled period of time. Steroids are associated with a significantly higher incidence of cardiovascular events, including a 3-fold increased risk of acute myocardial infarction and up to a 9-fold higher risk of cardiomyopathy compared to non-users.

And you trust the shite out of his mouth? How credulous. His body, do you think that was popping a steroid once in a blue moon? Wow.

Yes, Arnold was obviously a steroid user. He’s been completely open about that.

When you combine his admittedly heavy steroid use with his longevity and overall health….. doesn’t that disprove your theory more than it helps?

He already is.

RFKjr is obviously on anabolic steroids and HGH. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I bet half of Trump's administration is on HRT.

Your male kid is a feminized low testosterone target of Alphabet Mafia because you took steroids. Hope you are a "proud father" because your steroid use harmed all of your male kids.
