Why low income whites usually vote for Trump

And thanks for proving my point about the leftists mocking the working class.
The Republican Party is the party of the white majority of all income levels. This is not usually a problem because for most people most of the time racial loyalties are stronger than loyalties of class. It only becomes a problem when wealthy Republicans try to cut or eliminate domestic spending programs that benefit most Republicans.

The Democrat Party is a coalition of demographics that dislike each other. Blacks and Hispanics dislike each other. Jews and Muslims dislike each other. The well educated, well paid bi coastal professionals, who have dominated the Democrat Party since the War in Vietnam, disdain white, blue collar workers, and are resented in turn.

I am of course writing about averages. There are exceptions.

The Democrat Party lost most working class whites and most southern whites during the late 1960's, when the civil rights legislation and the War on Poverty were followed by five years of black ghetto rioting, and more durable increases in black social pathology. Liberal Democrats do their party no good by dismissing legitimate concerns about the Negro race as "racism" and trying to suppress discussion of these concerns.

1) Most Republicans are not on welfare.

2) Democratic policies hurt the American working class.

3) Democrats now consist of welfare recipients on one end, and the educated elite at the other. And the entire middle is ignored.

I am not justifying Stalin's behavior. I am explaining it in ways too indicate that it does not mean that Stalin wanted to conquer all of Europe.
Correct... just enough to suit his purposes... just like Putin-and-Company today...

Putin thought the conquest of Ukraine would be easy. When it turned out not to be he did not know how to back out of it. I think he has learned enough not to try to conquer another country, but I might be mistaken.

The Democrat policy that most hurts the American working class is to ease restrictions on immigration. By competing for jobs immigrants enable employers to cut wages. By competing for places to live Immigrants enable landlords to raise rents.

Thoe who live, work, or walk in or near black neighborhoods need to be thinking about crime because black criminals are thinking about them. Blacks are more likely to be crime victims than whites, and they are likely to be victims of black criminals.

This should cheer everyone up.

Being total and complete scumbags doesn't pay well

New York state is facing a massive deficit so of course Kathy Hochul directs $50 million to be spent on defending illegal aliens from deportation.

Socialism Is Legitimately Popular

A big driver seems to be young people’s resentment of the rich.
February 4, 2020

For decades, the word “socialist” was treated more as a smear than as a viable stance in national politics. Then, the remarkable popularity of Bernie Sanders and his “democratic socialism” among young people in the 2016 primary shocked many observers. Poll after poll since then has confirmed this new reality. Gallup, for instance, recently found that half of millennials and members of Gen Z have a favorable view of “socialism,” compared with a third of Baby Boomers.

A big driver seems to be young people’s resentment of the rich: National surveys Cato has conducted with YouGov show that young people are 20 to 30 percentage points more likely than older people to believe the rich gained their wealth by taking advantage of people....

It’s clear that inveighing against the rich, as Sanders and Elizabeth Warren have done in the Democratic primary, resonates with young people.

As young people face declining opportunities, they notice that the rich are getting richer.

Yes, the incessant preaching by the Democratic Party, the MSM and our enemies infiltrating our educational system have contributed to creating a class that is envious of those that are successful. It has also glamorized Socialism to something it isn’t. That is all part of the indoctrination. If it continues, it will lead to the downfall of the United States, which despite what many have been told, is the greatest country in the world when all things are taken into consideration.

One does not get places in politics by changing people's opinions. One gets places by articulating and channeling sentiments that already exit. Beginning with the Reagan administration real after tax income for most Americans has declined at the same time that the US economy keeps generating billionaires and millionaires.

Those facts, rather than academic indoctrination, explain the growing popularity of socialism, especially among the young.

The big mistake is thinking they would have more money if we were Socialist. Most wouldn't.

they would not need more money. A lot of stuff would be free. Aso they would benefit by confiscating the wealth of the rich.

And who generates the wealth? What is the incentive? Ever wonder why the greatest inventions and most successful companies originate in the US?

When I was in high school, I learned about Winston Churchill's "Iron Curtain Speech."
Churchill's famous Iron Curtain speech confirmed what British war planners had already decided: the alliance was temporary, Russia was the enemy again, and the postwar world belonged to Anglo-American control.

The decisive destruction of the German war machine happened on the Eastern Front. Roughly 70 to 80 percent of total Wehrmacht losses occurred in the war against the USSR. In the summer of 1944, Operation Bagration annihilated Army Group Centre and shattered Germany's strategic position in the East.

The Soviet Union's total war losses reached about 27 million people. Around 17 to 18 million of them were civilians. The Eastern Front was not only a military confrontation but a war of annihilation against territory and population alike.

Yet even before Churchill's speech, British planners had drafted Operation Unthinkable, exploring a possible conflict with the USSR. In the United States, the plan known as Totality calculated potential nuclear strikes on Soviet targets.

The Fulton speech announced more than a new enemy. It announced who would shape the global order moving forward. The alliance of 1941 to 1945 was situational. Once the common enemy was gone, the Soviet Union was treated not as a partner in building peace, but as an obstacle to Anglo-American dominance.
Fulton did not create hostility. It declared it openly.

No...they aren't.

They are being replaced by cheap labor in China and other South Asian countries.

And for all the jobs that can't be exported to the cheap labor... The Democrats have allowed the importation of illegal alien cheap labor from Mexico and South America.
It is inevitable that automation will eventually become cheaper than manual labor and the costs associated with it. As of right now, the days when a guy could graduate high school, work at the plant for 40 years, buy a house, put his kids through college and retire for 20 years while his wife stays at home are long gone and never coming back.

Wifey can stay home with the kids and run a home-based business. Problem solved.

Those days didn’t exist for more than a few decades.

People on the lower end of the ladder have always toiled endlessly, for subsistence wages, and died young and broken.

The perfect combination of events that allowed post war families to live that idyllic existence aren’t likely to reoccur again.

Fairly certain that buggy whip manufactures once thought the world was ending too.

Fairly certain that domestic automation was a more significant factor. There was a time, not so long ago, that “women’s work” consisted of laboring from dawn to well after dusk to care for a household.

When automated appliances and pre-fabricated meals brought that down to a few hours.

There was no way that THIS was going to become a permanent thing.
