Why Has No One Called Out Trump on His False Claim that Vice President Harris Didn't Pass The Bar?

[cue Twilight Zone theme]
Imagine a world if you will where two things can be true at the same time....you have just entered....real life.
I hear you, except Trump claiming "she didn't pass her bar exam" is demonstrably false (MUST BE FALSE), while someone else claiming "she failed her bar exam" in defense of Trump's previous MUST BE FALSE statement COULD BE [a] TRUE statement, but is not NECESSARILY TRUE.

In order words, the two statement are not equivalent because MUST BE FALSE does not equal COULD BE TRUE, therefore "didn't pass the bar" does not equal "failed her bar exam" with no other context.

did she or didnt she fail the bar exam on her first try? Yes or No?
Trump didn't say anything about her "first try" or her even "failing" the bar exam.

He said that she "didn't pass it" which is patently false otherwise she couldn't have become an attorney.

The two statements are not equal.

Did Kamala Harris ever FAIL THE BAR EXAM? Yes or No. That should be easy for a coder.

Is that a weasel word salad?
Both of these statements are true:
Harris failed her bar exam.
Harris passed her bar exam.
Both are true, and in the order presented, there are no false statements in this post, no lies in this post.

I was always a very inquisitive child and I still, to this day, can't imagine why people such as Trump, who is running for the highest office in the United States, is allowed to get away with making these types of ridiculous false statements:

Donald Trump's claims about Vice President Kamala Harris not being smart and suggesting she didn't pass the bar are not only baseless but highlight a staggering ignorance of the legal profession. Let’s be clear: Kamala Harris was a prosecutor. It is quite literally impossible to serve as a prosecutor without passing the bar exam. Prosecutors are attorneys responsible for representing the government in court — a position that requires passing the bar, which she obviously did.
If Trump can’t grasp that basic fact, it raises serious questions about his ability to distinguish between reality and his delusions. Criticizing someone for their intellect while ignoring fundamental legal requirements just reveals more about him than it ever could about Vice President Harris. She built a successful career as a district attorney and then attorney general of California — one of the largest legal systems in the country — while Trump continues to peddle falsehoods, perhaps relying on the fact that most of his supporters take his word as gospel, and apparently are unable to put two & two together and question why, when they don't add up to four.
Because Trump’ firehose of lies has so exhausted voters that no one is motivated to confront Trump on his lies.

Indeed, when Trump is confronted on his lies he continues to lie anyway, where confronting Trump becomes pointless.

Ya know how many people pass the bar in CA?

34%
You and your Komrad (previous post) need to get your shit together, where your stories match.

I worked a job in the military where I had to do investigations, and the fact that you can't even agree on the facts is a red flag that at least one of you is lying.

Harris failed her first attempt at the bar exam as did Michelle Obama. Accept the truth.
You all are acting like you're telling me something that I didn't already know.

I understand it means the WORLD to you all that she didn't pass on her first attempt but in the overall scheme of things it's irrelevant. Only Trump & his supporters are attempting to turn this into some type of defect instead of it being seen as resiliency.

Why Has No One Called Out Trump on His False Claim that Vice President Harris Didn't Pass The Bar?

She did fail the exam on her first attempt. So the claim is true.

SHOW US THE BAR EXAM KAMALA PASSED!!!!

Or admit SHE NEVER DID!!!

Again, Educate yourself. You don't even have to pass the bar to be a lawyer in your own state.
As of this year, this is a new policy and it has nothing to do with VP Harris because she did her studies and took the bar before the advent of COVID which is how & why a lot of the state bar associations and the law schools became less restrictive with their requirements.

Trump is constantly talking in public, being recorded, and Journalists are keen to hear anything that can be called a "lie" (even if that itself is a lie), or used to embarrass Trump.

I have personally heard President Trump state that KH failed the Bar on her first try. This is true. Among lawyers (I am one) that is considered to be something of a black mark. It is also a huge embarrassment if you are already employed in a law firm, with the assumption that you will pass and presently be admitted to the Bar.

Read whatever YOU want into it. She has shown time and time again over the few months when anyone was listening to her that she is not very bright. She fails to coherently answer questions that she knows are coming. She memorizes self-serving "answers" and provides them regardless of the questions she is asked.

Trump is entirely justified in pointing out her failure to pass the Bar on the first go around. And he has not to my knowledge stated categorically that she never passed the California Bar.

Bottom line. Trump did not lie.
Of course he lied. And if you're an attorney you know that stating that she didn't pass the bar is false because she obviously did.

You all are acting as if I should be giving Trump the benefit of the doubt when I can see, just in this thread alone that his supporters don't think any further than what comes out of his mouth and then run with it.

The revelence?
