Why Has No One Called Out Trump on His False Claim that Vice President Harris Didn't Pass The Bar?

She did fail her first attempt at passing the bar, so it's likely what Trump was talking about.

Kamala Harris Failed Her Bar Exam on First Try?

Former U.S. President Donald Trump asserted the claim in an interview at the National Association of Black Journalists conference.

Then she promised some dude free sex for a month to take the bar for her. And the rest is history.

I was always a very inquisitive child and I still, to this day, can't imagine why people such as Trump, who is running for the highest office in the United States, is allowed to get away with making these types of ridiculous false statements:

Donald Trump's claims about Vice President Kamala Harris not being smart and suggesting she didn't pass the bar are not only baseless but highlight a staggering ignorance of the legal profession. Let’s be clear: Kamala Harris was a prosecutor. It is quite literally impossible to serve as a prosecutor without passing the bar exam. Prosecutors are attorneys responsible for representing the government in court — a position that requires passing the bar, which she obviously did.
If Trump can’t grasp that basic fact, it raises serious questions about his ability to distinguish between reality and his delusions. Criticizing someone for their intellect while ignoring fundamental legal requirements just reveals more about him than it ever could about Vice President Harris. She built a successful career as a district attorney and then attorney general of California — one of the largest legal systems in the country — while Trump continues to peddle falsehoods, perhaps relying on the fact that most of his supporters take his word as gospel, and apparently are unable to put two & two together and question why, when they don't add up to four.
Democrats are far, far ahead in lying allegations.

Which is one attempt more than it took her blowing Willie Brown to get a cushy job and a new Mercedes.

"Harris did fail the California bar exam on her first attempt but she later passed and was admitted to the California bar in 1990, just a year after she graduated. As such, we rate this claim as "True" with added context."
The bar exam is a qualifying written exam administered by a jurisdiction for lawyers to practice law in that particular state.

several lawyers never pass the bar

They pay someone else to write their names on their test and hand it in.

-hired test takers.

The question remains, who did Kamaltoe pay to take her Bar exam the second time around?

I don't see your Trump quote regarding this.

You and your groupies are imbeciles.

Her first attempt is absolutely irrelevant and would only matter if the pursuit of her legal career ended with that failure, but as we all know it did not:

The bar exam is notoriously difficult, and many people do not pass it on their first attempt. The pass rates vary by state and exam, but on average, about 20-40% of first-time takers fail the bar exam depending on the jurisdiction and year.
For example, in California, which is one of the most challenging bar exams in the U.S., the pass rate for first-time test takers in recent years has hovered around 50-60%, meaning 40-50% of first-time takers fail. Other states with easier exams may have higher pass rates, but even in states with more lenient exams, it's common to see about 20-30% of first-time takers not passing.
Failing the bar on the first attempt is not uncommon, and many successful attorneys, including some who have gone on to hold high-profile legal or political positions, have had to retake the exam.

Red herring. Sounds like you failed 5th grade. More than once.

They say "practice makes perfect", but it's interesting that attorneys are always "practicing".

You would think that after law school and having to pass the exam, Harris would have a clue of what she's doing!!!

President Trump did not lie....

"Kamala Harris failed the bar 1st time. Amy Coney Barrett 1st in her class," the post read atop a background of laughter emojis. "I rest."
The user behind the post did not respond to a request from USA TODAY for comment.
Both facts are true
It's true that Harris failed the bar exam on her first attempt, per The New York Times. She later passed.
The bar exam is the qualifying examination for lawyers to receive a license to practice law in a given state.
California has a notoriously difficult bar exam. In 1985, the Los Angeles Times wrote that its pass rate "has generally hovered around 50%."
Most intelligent people can pass the bar in California on the first attempt since you only need a 50% or better to pass. But really, to fail on the first try. That is Democrat Voter stupid for sure.

Um it’s not baseless she failed the bar
Of course it's baseless. Trump claimed that she didn't PASS the bar exam.

You can't become an attorney and legally practice law without admission to the bar.

The fact that Vice President Harris held several positions as a prosecuting attorney is SUFFICIENT to conclude with CERTAINTY that she PASSED the bar exam. Passing the bar exam is a NECESSARY condition for becoming an attorney & practicing law in the U.S.
