Why Has No One Called Out Trump on His False Claim that Vice President Harris Didn't Pass The Bar?

She did fail her first attempt at passing the bar, so it's likely what Trump was talking about.

Kamala Harris Failed Her Bar Exam on First Try?

Former U.S. President Donald Trump asserted the claim in an interview at the National Association of Black Journalists conference.

Apparently, Kamalatoe took at least two tries to pass the bar in California.
You're right. There isn't a bar in town that drunk b*tch would pass up.
And how many bar exams did Trump pass?

Just accept the fact that you are wrong. She failed the bar and passing the bar is not a requirement to be a lawyer in the state of WA. It's OK, it isn't a crime to be wrong.
I know it's not a crime to be wrong, I've been wrong on my fair share of occasions and I don't have a problem owning up to it either.

But I'm not wrong about this. While you are correct that Washington state has recently changed their requirements for becoming a lawyer, of which I was aware, VP Harris passed the bar almost 35 years ago. And to the best of my knowledge California's requirement have not changed much with the exception of now allowing a hybrid degree problem where a student can attend some classes in person and others online. Mainly due to them being firsthand that students could still be productive if restricted to online only studies as was the case during the COVID pandemic.

As of this year, this is a new policy and it has nothing to do with VP Harris because she did her studies and took the bar before the advent of COVID which is how & why a lot of the state bar associations and the law schools became less restrictive with their requirements.
It is a WA law and Harris studied and practiced in CA. I posted it to once again correct your mistaken belief that you must pass the bar to practice law. Not in WA. CA requires a passing score. However Harris FAILED the first attempt at passing the bar. The fact that she subsequently passed the bar does not change the fact and, yes, it is relevant in showing that she does not adequately prepare for important tasks and she has shown that throughout her career. Anyone who lived in CA while she was AG knows. THAT IS RELEVANT.

Your denial of the fact that she FAILED the bar doesn't make it any less true. KAMALA HARRIS FAILED THE BAR EXAM. That is a FACT. It will not change just because you fail to accept it. Answer this question. Did Kamala Harris fail the bar exam on her first attempt? Yes or No. There is only ONE TRUE ANSWER.
And you still don't understand, perhaps because I'm not explaining it very well, that "didn't pass the bar exam" is NOT EQUAL to "failed the bar exam".

Trump said one thing, you all keep saying that he said the other which is not the same thing as what he stated. That is the point I've been trying to get across to you all.

That, and also that failing on the first attempt means nothing as long as you eventually pass it, well except to certain individuals whom I suspect need this thought to assuage their insecurities.

It doesn't matter to me one way or the other. The facts are the facts. You called someone a liar unjustly. I am merely correcting your disinformation. You seem to have a problem accepting reality.
And it does matter. When you say the facts are the facts, that incudes everything.

lie: to make an untrue statement with intent to deceive
: to create a false or misleading impression

Trump did lie. If he had said she didn't pass on her first try at the bar exam, he would have told the truth. But he didn't say that. If he had said, she didn't pass the bar exam on her first try but passed it when she took it again, that would be the truth. But he didn't say that so he lied.

Those are the facts. Not what trump said.

He made a false statement about Harris with the initent to decieve.

Knowing what you know "didn't pass the bar exam (on the first attempt)" does equal "failed the bar exam (on the first attempt)." You are making a feeble attempt to say that he lied which in itself is a disingenuous lie. You still have not answered the question, Did Harris pass the bar on the first attempt?

Let's just restrict it to my OP because by adding (on her first attempt) you're not only changing what he actually said (he didn't said) as well as the meaning of the statement.

You didn't correct anything. Harris did pass the bar on the second try. Leaving out that fact renders your opinion to bullshit. You are in here defending 78 year old spoiled brat who was handed his daddys businsees who was the president who never read the PDB, and a man who was incompetant in the face of a crisis eventually costing hundreds of thouands of Americans their lives.

In fact Obama just noted that he handed a Pandemic Playbook to Trump who ignored it completely.
Trump claimed that there was no such thing and Ron Klain embarrassed him by posting it online
