Why Has No One Called Out Trump on His False Claim that Vice President Harris Didn't Pass The Bar?

I was always a very inquisitive child and I still, to this day, can't imagine why people such as Trump, who is running for the highest office in the United States, is allowed to get away with making these types of ridiculous false statements:

Donald Trump's claims about Vice President Kamala Harris not being smart and suggesting she didn't pass the bar are not only baseless but highlight a staggering ignorance of the legal profession. Let’s be clear: Kamala Harris was a prosecutor. It is quite literally impossible to serve as a prosecutor without passing the bar exam. Prosecutors are attorneys responsible for representing the government in court — a position that requires passing the bar, which she obviously did.
If Trump can’t grasp that basic fact, it raises serious questions about his ability to distinguish between reality and his delusions. Criticizing someone for their intellect while ignoring fundamental legal requirements just reveals more about him than it ever could about Vice President Harris. She built a successful career as a district attorney and then attorney general of California — one of the largest legal systems in the country — while Trump continues to peddle falsehoods, perhaps relying on the fact that most of his supporters take his word as gospel, and apparently are unable to put two & two together and question why, when they don't add up to four.
There are so many Trump lies. It's hard for the press to keep up.

She did fail the exam on her first attempt. So the claim is true.
The claim is inaccurate. She passed the bar on her second try. Trump has never taken the bar exam, so he really should have kept his mouth shut.

Let's see the "exam" she passed....

Lets talk about exams shall we?

Trump paid proxy to take college entrance exam for him, niece's book says

President Donald Trump paid a proxy to take a standardized college entrance exam for him when he was a high school student, his niece writes in a tell-all book scheduled to be published next week.

In the book, "Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man," Mary Trump writes that Trump paid someone to take the SAT, an entrance exam used by most U.S. universities, in his place, according to The New York Times.

This is his niece and we don't see Trump suing her about saying it. So if he could not take a college entrance exam, he has no business talking about a persons outcome on a bar exam.

Would it. Be too much to ask you If Ms. Harris passed the bar, what was her test score? That would settle that.

What was trumps test score on the bar?

Because Harris ended up being AG of the largest state in the country. Twice elected. So she knows law. Trump has never studied law. It's pretty obvious considering the scames hes been busted for.

Let's just restrict it to my OP because by adding (on her first attempt) you're not only changing what he actually said (he didn't said) as well as the meaning of the statement.

My OP states:

Trump on His False Claim that Vice President Harris Didn't Pass The Bar?

Did Harris pass the bar?
Let's just keep it to what he said. It was factual.

Your Komrad did too.

Maybe you both need to call a technician to check your Google!!!
Re-examination shows my number was for total takers, NOT just first-timers. If the other cite says 34% for first-timers, that’s what it is.

They want to play games because they know trump lied.
It's rather telling the lengths to which they are willing to go in order to defend him.

And it's only because of my studies that I was able to detect that the statement "didn't pass the bar" and "failed the bar" are not equal to one another for several reasons. But without the training I would just have just erroneously assumed that they were two different ways of saying the same thing but obviously they're not.

You don’t want to see it as a lie (even though it’s obvious) that’s on you.

Being a gay Republican, logic is obviously not your thing
My perception does not matter when you haven't even demonstrated your claim.
