Why doesn’t Biden call for regime change in Iran instead of Israel?

Mitch McConnell, in his criticism to Schumer‘s anti-Israel speech, in which he encourages Israelis to kick their Prime Minister out of office, asked why he doesn’t call for regime change in the terrorist state of Iran Instead. Oh, I know….he doesn’t want to alienate his antisemitic Muslim base, and is trying to garner votes from them by making the “Jew country” out to be the bad one.

Thank you, Republicans, for standing firm with Israel - and shame on you, Jewish Democrats!

And if the U.N. and Biden are so concerned about civilian casualties in Gaza, why are they not demanding that Hamas not place their militants, ammunition and weapons where the civilians are? Why are they not condemning Hamas confiscating resources intended as relief for the civilians? Why are they not demanding a safe haven for the civilians so that Israel can end this once and for all with the only casualties being the militants?

Every Arab country is different. You should know that by now. Saudi Arabs are different from Kuwaiti Arabs or Palestinian Arabs or Yemeni Arabs.
