Why do poor communities exist in America?

Your unsubstantiated opinion is noted. Now, all you need is a valid argument to substantiate your currently unsubstantiated opinion.

Funny, you want everyone else to provide evidence to substantiate their "opinion", but you have not offered one iota of evidence to substantiate your claim that the at-will employment law sets the requirements for all other laws concerning labor and employment.

There is no violation of the equal protection law by the UC laws.

That's a whole other thread.

It sounds like you dislike free markets. Is that accurate? Do you believe a state-managed economy is better for the people?
By solving for simple poverty in a market friendly manner on an at-will basis in our at-will employment States? The status quo is worse.

Unemployment compensation has been studied and a multiplier of two (2) has been observed. Means tested welfare, for example, has a multiplier of point eight (.8). We get the best bang for our buck with unemployment compensation. We should be striving to improve the efficiency of our economy whenever possible.

Yes, there is. The law is employment at the will of either party. Equal protection of that law for unemployment compensation is all that may be necessary to solve simple poverty.

All you have is proof right-wingers don't care about any "gospel Truth" even with a McCarthy era phrase in our pledge. Why should anyone confide in the sincerity of right-wingers?
You have stated no truth gospel or otherwise.

You are a liar and a bearer of false witness.

16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

A big part of the reason unemployment compensation has a higher multiplier is that it does not use tax dollars. Any time tax dollars are used there is an automatic negative multiplier, since more of people's income is take away.

Also, the unemployment compensation is used to keep an income for workers. It usually only lasts 26 weeks, and most people are back at work before then. More people working always increases the multiplier.

Yes and you shit on god with your ies and false witness.

No, it will not. The only way unemployment compensation will solve simple poverty is to make it available for people who would not normally qualify, make it indefinite in duration, and to fund it with tax dollars. In other words, make it just like means tested welfare, but without the means testing. That means more fraud.

So you would end up with a duplication of an existing program without the main method of fraud prevention.

So you think you are staying true to scripture?

any contribution is a form of tax. how did you come up with your reasoning? unemployment compensation is compensation for capitalism's natural rate of unemployment. limits are an abridgment to that compensation.

Only you claim that. Unemployment compensation has a much higher multiplier than means tested welfare and must be more effective as a result.
