And, you don't get to appeal to ignorance regarding economics.Taking care of those who need help is not about an economic multiplier. Not the point. There is a requirement for equal protection of the at-will employment laws and legislators have no authority to abridge at-will employment privileges and immunities already established.No, there is no work requirement. But then, there is no requirement to give money to those who do not work.
No State legislature has any authority to abridge at-will employment law for any other public policy.And nothing in unemployment compensation abridges or effects that at all. It is still at the will of either party.
