Why do poor communities exist in America?

I was born in Bronx NY----moved VERY CLOSE to Paramus at age four----visited in and near Harlem all my childhood (relatives in Bronx and Manhattan) I worked in INNER CITY HOSPITALS in NYC and lived in proximity to
bonafied GHETTOS, listened to the sound of
gunfire at nite and examined the near dead all hours, and am VERY OLD. Your idiot
assertion that "THE GOVERNMENT CREATED
HARLEM AS A GHETTO" somehow -------borders psychosis. Harlem was a crime ridden Ghetto long before the 1960s (been there lots and walked AROUND the whores, pimps and
ZONED OUT---druggies as I passed thru
Wasn't there a government back then?

yes,, there was. And there were pockets of
criminality thruout NYC
PS---there was plenty of criminality in the
precincts of Paramus too----all of Bergen county was chock full of Mafia-----the area is featured in the Movie THE GODFATHER

There are no communists in the USA, but there are leftists, and they are quickly transformed into communists and back, depending on the conjuncture. These are risks for the US government system. Leftism should be limited by the constitution, a special bill should be introduced, similar to the Bill of Rights. Leftists should not exceed the leftism limit. Roosevelt almost introduced totalitarianism to the United States. Biden also violates the rights of citizens, forcing them to vaccinate against their will
