Nah, I'll stay right here and continue to remind you how Ashes Targetpractice died a traitor while Officer Byrd is hailed a hero for saving lives.

And so what if Benedict Babbitt was ex-military?? So was Benedict Arnold.

Poor, frustrated baby.

Ashes Targetpractice died a traitor for Trump. That's her legacy.

:itsok:

Sorry bout that,

1. What if Byrds paid to take the fall, and was guaranteed not to answer for this murder, thats why he was never interviewed.
2. What if a congressman shot her?
3. Senator.
4. Its not out of the realm of possibility.
5. Had plenty of time to remember his BS story.

You're lying. Of course he was interviewed.

Prosecutors said they had reviewed video of the shooting, along with statements from the officer involved and other officers and witnesses, examined physical evidence from the scene and reviewed the autopsy results.

Sorry bout that,

1. Your a piece of work, I read your link, and it says nowhere in that link they actually talked to Byrd.
2. So who is lying now???
3. Try to be honest.

Dayum, are you ever retarded....

Where it states, "along with statements from the officer involved and other officers"

... who do you think the "officer involved" was? Who do you think the "other officers" were??

:lmao:

Sorry bout that,

1. So where is his interview to be read?
2. They simply asked him about the shooting, he said he shot her, the end.
3. Show me the evidence, police report, his interview....not some we spoke to the officers,..lol!

Regards,
SirJamesofTexas

Sorry bout that,

1. READ THIS BS: “Specifically, the investigation revealed no evidence to establish that, at the time the officer fired a single shot at Ms. Babbitt, the officer did not reasonably believe that it was necessary to do so in self-defense or in defense of the Members of Congress and others evacuating the House Chamber,” prosecutors said."
2. He was given a pass by the press, here is evidence.
3. Taken off Dickweed's link.

LOL

You moron, that was from Justice Department. The press was merely reporting it.

And no, the Justice Department didn't just give him a free pass any more than did the other two departments which also held their own investigations and reached the same conclusion.

Why didn't Byrd give a warning or warning shot? That's law enforcement protocol.

You should really be embarrassed about conspiracy theories.
But it doesn't seem to register with RWI's.

Almost every lie requires a conspiracy, and history is abundantly full of them.
For example, why did 95% of the population wrongly believe the lie that Iraq was either behind the 9/11 attack on the US, or was stockpiling WMD for a future attack on the US?
There was absolutely no basis at all to pick on Saddam because he had previously been our ally, and never did a thing against us.
Our treason against him in Desert Storm was a horrendously illegal betrayal.

There is not a single war that is not based on successful conspiracies.
Like in Vietnam, LBJ obviously lied about the Golf of Tonkin incident, in order to justify illegal bombing Hanoi.
Hearst pulled the "Remember the Maine" conspiracy in order to steal Spanish colonies around the world.
We like to believe Pearl Harbor was a "sneak attack", but the reality is the first shots fired that morning were when a US destroyer sank a Japanese minisub, so it could not possibly have been a "sneak attack".

So real life is far more full of real conspiracies than anyone could possibly ever make up.

Babbitt served her Country unwell, by betraying her oath.

Why should we respect Babbitt?

Given her belief the election was stolen, then her actions were beyond respectful.
She should be honored.
The fact she was wrong about the election is not relevant.
That just means she was naive and listened to the wrong people.

And, with no excuse, did the other cops who shot unarmed whatever color people.

babbitt was a fraud. She should have NEVER entered that area.
She Did. She Got legally SHOT.
Traitor Babbitt.

Other people being wrongly shot by police does not effect the Babbitt case one bit.
Babbitt could not have been a "fraud" because she was not the creator of any lies, and was not doing any thing to advance herself in any way.
The fact her protest was wrong, does not at all change the fact Congress is constantly lying to us and needs to be protested MORE.
She did NOT get legally shot, because there can never be a way to justify police using deadly force any more than you or I could.
If police get away with shooting an unarmed single woman in a political protest, then that is the end of all political protests, and this becomes the total dictatorship it has been sliding down into for decades.
It is violent political protests that maintain the democracy, even if misguided sometimes.
