Welfare money keeps you DOWN. It's not enough to live on and more than minimum wage. Food stamps and earned income credits act as a wage subsidy for some of your most profitable corporations. If you want to cut "social assistance", stop subdizing substandard wages.

Make privately owned corporations in a "free market economy" pay their own workers and stop demanding wage subsidies for their lowest paid workers, while paying their CEO's tens of millions of dollars, per year.

If someone saw something like that..on a public street--they'd give chase. Shoot 'em--well, you have to be saving someone's life or in fear of your own life. If you shoot a person who's running away...even in Idaho, you're in trouble.
